Nike Partner Doors

As part of the effort to elevate Nike's brand presence in Canada, I managed the creative collaboration between Nike and its franchise partners.

-Creative Collaboration: Directed the creative cadence, facilitating alignment on design and brand standards.
-Onboarding & Training: Onboarded a new design architect and the franchise partner's Agency of Record (AOR), ensuring they were well versed in Nike's retail concept and ways of working.
-Budget Mgmt: Forecasted and managed budgets to meet resource needs for the Canada retail portfolio.
-Review Cadence Development: Developed and implemented a structured review cadence to support the scale of the multiple retail projects.
-Operational Excellence: Leveraged Smartsheet to document and track timelines and deliverables.
-RACI Development: Created a Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RACI) to clearly define roles and responsibilities for all internal and external partners, streamlining accountability and communication.
