-Managed general contractor (GC) bid sets, overseeing the selection and contracting process to secure the best partner for the project.
-Acted as the primary liason between the adidas brand and external partners, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the project.
-Managed the agency of record (AOR) and GC, coordinating efforts to align with project goals and timelines.
-Managed and produced in-store graphics, ensuring all visual elements adhered to brand guidelines.
-Coordinated across store operations, IT, LP, and marketing departments to ensure a seamless implementation process.
